310 Harcourt

This stunning home is a true masterpiece of design, brought to life by the talented team at UME Architecture. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by warm timber accents that run throughout the house, creating a cosy yet modern feel. And in the kitchen, the kit kat tiles are a real showstopper, adding a playful touch to the space.

But the kitchen doesn’t just look good – it’s also functional, with aqua-tinted stone benchtops that provide ample workspace for all your culinary creations. And don’t even get me started on the bathrooms – the brass tapware is a total game-changer.

When it’s time to relax, the living area is the perfect spot to unwind. Soft sheer curtains filter in just the right amount of natural light, creating a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for reading a book or watching a movie. All in all, this home is a true work of art that seamlessly blends form and function.

Queens Park House

This family home in Queens Park used to be a boring single storey dwelling, but now it’s a stunning space that’s perfect for modern living. By taking advantage of the site’s east-west axis, the L-shaped plan at the back brings in tons of natural light, and a concrete skylight feature and double storey window connect the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The living areas are a whole metre below street level, creating a feeling of spaciousness that’s hard to come by in the city. And with a swimming pool that doubles as a water feature visible from the entrance and the living areas, this house blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living.

River Studio

The River Studio is a true masterpiece of design. Every inch of the space was thoughtfully created by Rebecca Jansma, resulting in a luxurious and unique experience. The dark moss-green Venetian plastered walls paired with the stained Oak joinery of the kitchen create a moody yet inviting atmosphere. The Calacatta Oro marble benches and brass fittings add a touch of luxury without being too showy.

French doors lead to a spacious open plan living area that’s perfect for entertaining. And nestled in its own cosy alcove is a king size super luxe Sherman bed that’s sure to provide a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.

And if you want to literally live this space in the flesh, you can. The River Studio is available to stay via AirBnB and trust us when we say it’s absolutely worth it.
