U.S. Orders - Tariff & Duty Notice

Due to U.S. trade regulations, orders shipped from Australia to the United States valued over $100 USD may be subject to additional import duties, tariffs, or taxes.

Customers can complete checkout as normal. If your order falls within this category, our team will contact you after purchase with details of any applicable tariffs or duties. Where required, we will issue a separate invoice for these costs.

Please note that Designstuff is not responsible for any tariffs, duties, or customs fees imposed by U.S. authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in order for your goods to be released.

Gifts With Purchase

General conditions

 1. Eligibility: Gift With Purchase (GWP) offers are valid for a limited time only, while stocks last. Eligibility is based on the total value of a single transaction (excluding shipping fees and any discounts applied), and the threshold amount must be met in one order.
 2. Exclusions: GWP offers are not applicable to the purchase of Designstuff Gift Cards. Other exclusions may apply and will be specified on the promotion page or marketing materials.
 3. One Per Order: Unless otherwise stated, GWP offers are limited to one per qualifying transaction.
 4. Colours & Variants: Where the GWP includes a product with multiple colour or style options, the variant will be selected at random and cannot be exchanged or swapped.
  5. Returns & Exchanges: if you choose to return all of your qualifying order, the GWP item must also be returned in its original, unused condition. If the GWP is not returned, the retail value of the item will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning in part your order and the returned item/s bring your order below the qualifying threshold, the GWP must also be returned or will be charged accordingly.
 6. Non-Transferable: GWP items are promotional and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other product or discount.
 7. Changes & Termination: Designstuff reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse or unforeseen circumstances.
 8. Faulty GWP Items: In the unlikely event your GWP item is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. Offer Period

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (where applicable).

Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to our site or other form of notification.

While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the product you will receive a full refund. We are under no obligation to sell the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price (even after we have sent you an order confirmation) if the pricing error is an obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracy and could have reasonably been recognised by you as such.

Acceptance Of Your Order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order prior to dispatch by us, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us is subject to acceptance by us and will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched and have been handed over to the designated carrier. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Victoria, Australia.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out, or otherwise contemplated, within these terms of use or our site. We reserve the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Availability Of Product

All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any monies that you might have paid and/or inform you when the product is in stock.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on our site. Whilst we will make our best efforts to always process all the orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from our site, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on our site or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the order confirmation.

The Designstuff Group PTY LTD mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Designstuff Group PTY LTD (“Designstuff Group PTY LTD”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Designstuff Group PTY LTD’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Designstuff Group PTY LTD through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
