I have a question about a product

Do you gift-wrap?
Yes, our signature gift-wrapping is available to you for a small fee ($1.90) and will perfectly complement any item purchased. Simply tick the box next to the product at check out and fill out a personal message you’d like to include.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all products are covered by at least a one-year warranty under Australian law. Many of our brands have longer warranty periods. Please email us at care@designstuff.com or call (03) 8598 9700 to discuss the specific brand and item’s warranty period.
What is your return policy?

I would like to see a product before purchasing.
We understand purchasing online can be tricky. If you are in Melbourne, it is possible to view products by appointment at our warehouse/office located in Moorabbin. We ask that any product viewing requests are emailed to us at care@designstuff.com with the items that you are interested in and your preferred appointment time. We will advise by return email with the items are available for viewing and confirmation of an appointment time. Please note we are not set up as a showroom at this location so some items may be unassembled or not available for viewing.
Is it possible to see fabric samples or swatches?
We have fabric swatches and samples of finishes for many of our pre-order items. It is possible to view these via mail and at our warehouse/office location in Moorabbin (Melbourne, Victoria).
A product is out of stock / on pre-order, what is the leadtime?
The leadtime for pre-order items on the product page is a general guide. We are very happy to check on stock availability and a more accurate leadtime for you, please reach out to care@designstuff.com with your query. Please note all ETAs advised may still be subject to production and shipping delays that are out of our control.
I am after a product from a brand you stock but it is not online
We have a great relationship with all our brands and suppliers. If there is a product from a brand that we stock that we do not have online we are happy to enquire about product availability and ordering on your behalf. Please note these items/orders will be deemed as ‘special orders’. The return of special orders due to change of mind may not always be possible and will need to be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Is it safe to purchase online?
We use third-party payment processors to process your payments. Our third-party payment processors and Designstuff Pty Ltd are governed by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) set in place to protect the handling of personal information about individuals. Designstuff does not permanently store or have access to your full payment information or credit card details. You can read more about our privacy policy here.
I have not received my order confirmation
Very occasionally our order confirmation emails may go to your Junk Email folder, please check here first. It may also be possible that you have entered your email address incorrectly or our order confirmation email has been blocked by a firewall on your email. Please email us at care@designstuff.com or call (03) 8598 9700 and we will resolve this for you. If an order is accidentally processed more than once or there are any issues with payment and you are unaware of the situation, this will be flagged by our team, and we will reach out to you.
I need to make a change to my order
We aim to dispatch orders on the next business day (same day for express orders placed before 2pm). Please contact us at care@designstuff.com or call us on (03) 8598 9700 as soon as possible with the changes that you would like to make.
I need to cancel my order

When will my order be dispatched
Standard delivery orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Express orders are dispatched on the same business day if we receive your order before 2pm AEST. Click and Collect orders are dispatched within 4 business hours of receipt of order.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We’ll send you an email with dispatch and tracking details, once your order has been carefully packed. If you have not received a dispatch notification email, please check your junk mail. If you are still missing dispatch and tracking details, please contact us.
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery within Australia is 3-9 business days from dispatch depending on your location. Express delivery is 1-2 business days. Please jump across to our delivery page for more details.
I only received part of my order, what should I do?
Sometimes we ship an order across multiple parcels and they may be delivered at different times. Please use the parcel tracking link provided on your order dispatch notification email to check the number of parcels on your order and their delivery status.
If your order contains multiple items including a pre-order item, your order may be split across two deliveries. Our team will keep you updated on the leadtime of all pre-order items.
If we are out of stock of an item on your order, our team will contact you directly and provide options to resolve the out-of-stock issue prior to your order being dispatched.
Very occasionally we may miss an item when packing your order. If this has occurred, please reach out to our team on email at care@designstuff.com or call (03) 8598 9700. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer trade discounts?
We offer a wide range of furniture, homewares and design products to suit commercial or residential spaces. We also offer discounts to all Designers, Stylists, Architects + other Industry Professionals with a Trade Account.
