The River Studio: An Enchanting Escape Filled With Thoughtful Luxury
Tucked away like a hidden sanctuary, The River Studio has been meticulously designed to provide the epitome of luxury and convenience. From the moment you enter, it’s hard not to be captivated by its carefully curated interiors, exquisite furnishings, and detailed finishes.
The location overlooking the Barwon River in Newtown served as inspiration and the interior design aims to capture the beauty of the surrounding natural environment. There’s gorgeous lighting by AUDO COPENHAGEN , richly veined marble splashbacks in the kitchen, and a moody palette that makes you want to snuggle up and get cosy – everything a design-driven holiday hunter could possibly want in an escape.
“I envisioned a space that would be more than just a place to stay.” Says Rebecca. “It had to be a sanctuary, I wanted to create a space where every detail, from the materials to the furnishings, would contribute to a heightened sensory experience and a feeling of utmost comfort.”
One absolute standout feature of the studio is the stunning Venetian polished plaster walls aka a masterpiece. Adding an elegant touch and a visually pleasing backdrop to the space, the polished plaster has a smooth and shiny look, bringing a sense of luxury to the overall design, and highlighting the attention to detail that has gone into creating this breathtaking studio. But that’s not where the consideration ends. For comfort and relaxation, the studio is fitted with custom-made flax bed linen, for a cosy and comfy sleep, and heavy linen drapes completely block out the light and distraction.
The River Studio is one of those extraordinary places that effortlessly embodies the concept of “Thoughtful Luxury.” With its warm and inviting ambiance, it serves as an irresistible invitation to indulge in a peaceful getaway, where every aspect has been carefully curated to provide an unforgettable experience.
