Once you create an account, you will earn points for every dollar spent. Points will automatically be added to your account for you to redeem on future purchases. Besides making a purchase, you can also earn points by: creating an account, signing up for our newsletter and SMS platforms and leaving a product review.
You have the flexibility to choose how many points you'd like to redeem by selecting the amount during the checkout process. You can redeem as many points as you like, directly at checkout or use it to redeem exclusive member rewards. You need to be logged in to your DESIGNSTUFF account first.
No, there is no limit to the number of points you can earn. You will continue to accumulate points for every dollar spent and for completing bonus activities.

Yes, points expire 1 year after you earn them.
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
The sign-up bonus is for new accounts only. If you already have a DESIGNSTUFF account, you won't be eligible for the sign-up bonus, but you can still earn points through purchases and other activities.
Unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
No, points may not be redeemed in conjunction with other discounts on the same order.
Yes, you can find your redeemed but unused rewards by logging into your DESIGNSTUFF account and checking your rewards dashboard.
Design Boxes are complimentary curated boxes of products included with qualifying orders as part of your loyalty rewards.
You must be logged into your account and place an order over $50.00 to redeem your Design Box. The Design Box will automatically be added to your order at checkout. Subject to stock's last availability.
You can redeem your Design Box within the 4 week period that it is available.
If items are returned and your final retained spend falls below the qualifying threshold, the value of the complimentary Design Box will be deducted from your refund unless the box is also returned.
Your status elevates seamlessly as you shop. Once your annual spend reaches $300, you will move from Collector to Curator. To progress further into our premier level, the Inner Circle, the threshold is $750.
To retain your loyalty status, simply reach the annual minimum spend required for your current tier. Maintaining your position as a Curator requires a $300 yearly spend, while Inner Circle status is secured at $750 per year.
