House Fin, a minimalistic home filled with absolutely exquisite details, and celebrating expert craftsmanship and creativity. Arches and smooth curves bring a softness to complement the neutral palette, with finishes and furnishings adding a subtle touch of whimsy and fun.
Pitch Architecture’s Richmond Townhouse may be situated on a small plot of land, but uses a clever and considered layout to provide a spacious and calming interior. Tonal elements with small pops of contrast harmonise to keep spaces visually open and expansive, helping the home’s appeal and functionality.
With a fantastical walnut central unit, nicknamed the Swiss Army Knife (we’ll explain later), as a base, the Waxwing Residence is a luxurious and modern abode. Home to a family of seven, the space is styled and furnished contemporarily, with plenty of warmth and texture.
The Swiss Army knife is a clever multifunctional installation, playing a multitude of roles depending on the room it’s accessed from. From a chic TV unit, to a floor to ceiling, temperature controlled wine cellar, and even a 3-way fireplace, it’s a massive detail that defines the home for the architectural genius it is.
