If items are returned and your final retained spend falls below the qualifying threshold, the value of the complimentary Design Box will be deducted from your refund unless the box is also returned.

You can redeem your Design Box within the 4 week period that it is available: until midnight 2 September 2026 or while stocks last.
You must be logged into your account and place an order over $50.00 to redeem your Design Box. The Design Box will automatically be added to your order at checkout. Subject to stock's last availability.
Your status elevates seamlessly as you shop. Once your annual spend reaches $300, you will move from Collector to Curator. To progress further into our premier level, the Inner Circle, the threshold is $750. More information about the Loyalty Program.
