Designstuff offers discounts on most products to all Designers, Stylists, Architects and other Industry Professionals with a Trade Account.
Trade Account Application
To request your Trade Account, fill in this form or email trade@designstuff.com.
Your application will be processed within 1 business day.
Trade Discounts
Approved Trade Account holders receive 15% off most full-priced products available online.
Some brand exclusions apply, as outlined below:

Shipping
Standard shipping rates apply to all Trade Orders within Australia.
For bulky or large quantity items, shipping will be calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery postcode. A business hours delivery address is required, as all Trade Orders are shipped via courier and must be signed for on delivery.

Our Trade system is fully automated. Simply sign in to your Trade Account before adding items to your cart. Eligible discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
Our standard Returns + Refunds Policy applies to Trade Orders. However, please note:
Designstuff is unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind on special orders or bulk purchases, once a deposit has been paid.
Promotions
Trade discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount code.
Product Loans
Loan products to trade professional for shoots and styling. To request a loan, email trade@designstuff.com with a wishlist ahead of your project and our team will do its best to assist.
